Re-zoning as proposed will allow a mix of
Retail, Residential, & Offices on parcels 25 Acres or larger.
An example and apparent main reason for this Re-Zoning
 is the Consol Site where the developer has plans that include:

A  NEW BUILDING with two Stores up to 55,000 Sq Ft + ??
to replace the existing Consol Building.
+TWO SMALLER BUILDINGS - a Drug store & a bank?, 
+TWO or THREE Restaurants,
+ ONE HUNDRED (100) Residential units WILL BE ADDED.
That is IF, the developer has not changed his plan
